Our inaugural conference for youths keen to become more engaged in the community. The conference design is action-oriented to build skills for implementing action projects. Post-conference action plans are supported by programmes such as: SYINCubate, Capacity Building, TLN.

SYINCubate
A programme that incubates and provides dedicated support to youth-led projects for positive social change. These project proposals are evaluated on 3 criteria: sustainability, accountability and innovation. Awardees receive seed funding, access to networks, and tailored mentorship under this programme. Launching April 2009.
Pangea Day
Uses the power of film to bring people together and build understanding across cultures and communities. As part of this global event, we are helping connect inspired viewers to the programmes, tools & networks to take action. Held this year on May 31st. Supporting programmes incl. SYINConnect, SYINCubate.

Teachers Leadership Network (TLN)
Serves as a network of teachers, students and non-profits vested in student development. The TLN uses existing CIP requirements to create more social impact and student development value for students. This includes project consultation, student matching, educator networking, and others. It also bridges curriculum in the classroom and real-world issues in society. Launching Q2 2009.
